Yes, that's exactly my point. The numbers 13 an 666 have some negative connotations. But I think they are secondary to their primary meaning found in God's own revelation of His own nature which is always my primary focus.

I note Gemini said "approximate." I don't see any value in such unknowns. I have no reason to think they are from God. If He want's us to know something, He will establish it with two or three witnesses in His Word. If He doesn't do that, I have no interest in speculations based on approximations. Yes, that is a large collection that supports the negative associations. The first occurrence of the number 13 in the text in Gen 14:4 is the most common explanation for the negative association, coupled with the first occurrence of Strongs 2400 (chatta/sinner) Gen 13:13 "But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly."

It makes sense to me that these numbers would have polar opposite meanings. The primary meaning comes from God's nature, the polar meaning comes from the holy meaning being reflected in our fallen world. It's a light/dark polarity.

I don't see the numbers 6 or 666 as primarily evil. On the contrary, God created the world in 6 days and said it was "very good". He also created man in his image on the sixth day. And he designed the cosmos (kosmos = 600) on the number 6 with the the six directions (up/down, e,w,n,s) forming a coordinate system of three axes that form the initials of Jesus Christ. In other words, He stamped His creation with his Monogram!

I'm not questioning the existence of Fibonacci number in Pascal's triangle. I'm questioning your use of it.

First of all the red triangle you form is misdrawn and should include 1 at either side. You are fudging it to get what you want.

Secondly, to get 3168 you create a series of numbers from the triangle you miscreated, and multiply them by 66. The triangle should be

Giving

(1 x 1 x 66) + (2 x 10 x 66) + 20 x 66) = 2706

You have
4 6 4
10 10
20

giving
(2 x 4 x 66) + (2 x 10 x 66) + (20 x 66) = 3168

based on your misdrawn triangle. But if you miss out the two ones along the perimeter and draw a straight line to the 20 you miss out the two tens. It simply doesn't work unless you draw a crooked line, which opens up infinite possibilities.

And where does the 66 come from? Scaling factors are often used and I use them myself, usually multiples of ten. They are meant to be used in fact. But other than 66 being triangular and the number of books in the Bible there is no reason to use it as a factor. 3168 is highly composite and has many factors. This is not gematria or anything like it. It is fantasy.
