וָאֶשָּׂ֥א עֵינַ֛י וָאֵ֖רֶא וְהִנֵּה־ אִ֑ישׁ וּבְיָד֖וֹ חֶ֥בֶל מִדָּֽה׃

I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.
