καὶ ὁ θάνατος καὶ ὁ ᾅδης ἐβλήθησαν εἰς τὴν λίμνην τοῦ πυρός· οὗτος ὁ θάνατος ὁ δεύτερός ἐστιν ἡ λίμνη τοῦ πυρός.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
