הֲיֹסֵ֣ר גּ֭וֹיִם הֲלֹ֣א יוֹכִ֑יחַ הַֽמְלַמֵּ֖ד אָדָ֣ם דָּֽעַת׃

He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know?
