מֹ֘שֵׁ֤ל בִּגְבוּרָת֨וֹ׀ עוֹלָ֗ם עֵ֭ינָיו בַּגּוֹיִ֣ם תִּצְפֶּ֑ינָה הַסּוֹרְרִ֓ים׀ אַל־ יָר֖וּמוּ לָ֣מוֹ סֶֽלָה׃

He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.
