אֶ֭מְחָצֵם וְלֹא־ יֻ֣כְלוּ ק֑וּם יִ֝פְּל֗וּ תַּ֣חַת רַגְלָֽי׃

I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet.
