בְּשִׂפְתֵ֣י נָ֭בוֹן תִּמָּצֵ֣א חָכְמָ֑ה וְ֝שֵׁ֗בֶט לְגֵ֣ו חֲסַר־ לֵֽב׃

In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding.
