כִּ֤י לַשֶּׁ֨לַג׀ יֹאמַ֗ר הֱוֵ֫א אָ֥רֶץ וְגֶ֥שֶׁם מָטָ֑ר וְ֝גֶ֗שֶׁם מִטְר֥וֹת עֻזּֽוֹ׃

For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.
