מֵ֘עִ֤יר מְתִ֨ים׀ יִנְאָ֗קוּ וְנֶֽפֶשׁ־ חֲלָלִ֥ים תְּשַׁוֵּ֑עַ וֶ֝אֱל֗וֹהַּ לֹא־ יָשִׂ֥ים תִּפְלָֽה׃

Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded crieth out: yet God layeth not folly to them.
