וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יִרְמְיָ֖הוּ אֶל־ כָּל־ הָעָ֑ם עַל־ הַגְּבָרִ֤ים וְעַל־ הַנָּשִׁים֙ וְעַל־ כָּל־ הָעָ֔ם הָעֹנִ֥ים אֹת֛וֹ דָּבָ֖ר לֵאמֹֽר׃
