כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֛ר יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל לְכָל־ הַ֨גּוֹלָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־ הִגְלֵ֥יתִי מִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם בָּבֶֽלָה׃

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, unto all that are carried away captives, whom I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem unto Babylon;
