וַיֹּ֕אמֶר לֵ֥ךְ וְאָמַרְתָּ֖ לָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֑ה שִׁמְע֤וּ שָׁמ֙וֹעַ֙ וְאַל־ תָּבִ֔ינוּ וּרְא֥וּ רָא֖וֹ וְאַל־ תֵּדָֽעוּ׃

And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
