זֹ֛את הָעֵצָ֥ה הַיְּעוּצָ֖ה עַל־ כָּל־ הָאָ֑רֶץ וְזֹ֛את הַיָּ֥ד הַנְּטוּיָ֖ה עַל־ כָּל־ הַגּוֹיִֽם׃

This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.
