וַיִּנָּ֣חֶם יְהוָ֔ה כִּֽי־ עָשָׂ֥ה אֶת־ הָֽאָדָ֖ם בָּאָ֑רֶץ וַיִּתְעַצֵּ֖ב אֶל־ לִבּֽוֹ׃

And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
