וַיַּ֨עַן יוֹסֵ֧ף אֶת־ פַּרְעֹ֛ה לֵאמֹ֖ר בִּלְעָדָ֑י אֱלֹהִ֕ים יַעֲנֶ֖ה אֶת־ שְׁל֥וֹם פַּרְעֹֽה׃

And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.
