וְכִֽי־ יְרִיבֻ֣ן אֲנָשִׁ֔ים וְהִכָּה־ אִישׁ֙ אֶת־ רֵעֵ֔הוּ בְּאֶ֖בֶן א֣וֹ בְאֶגְרֹ֑ף וְלֹ֥א יָמ֖וּת וְנָפַ֥ל לְמִשְׁכָּֽב׃

And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:
