פַּתְשֶׁ֣גֶן הַכְּתָ֗ב לְהִנָּ֤תֵֽן דָּת֙ בְּכָל־ מְדִינָ֣ה וּמְדִינָ֔ה גָּל֖וּי לְכָל־ הָֽעַמִּ֑ים לִהְי֥וֹת עֲתִדִ֖ים לַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃
English (KJV)
The copy of the writing for a commandment to be given in every province was published unto all people, that they should be ready against that day.
