כִּֽי־ מִבֵּ֥ית הָסוּרִ֖ים יָצָ֣א לִמְלֹ֑ךְ כִּ֛י גַּ֥ם בְּמַלְכוּת֖וֹ נוֹלַ֥ד רָֽשׁ׃

For out of prison he cometh to reign; whereas also he that is born in his kingdom becometh poor.
