וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֣י לֵאמֹ֑ר רָאִ֙יתִי֙ אֶת־ הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה וְהִנֵּ֥ה עַם־ קְשֵׁה־ עֹ֖רֶף הֽוּא׃
