וּקְשַׁרְתָּ֥ם לְא֖וֹת עַל־ יָדֶ֑ךָ וְהָי֥וּ לְטֹטָפֹ֖ת בֵּ֥ין עֵינֶֽיךָ׃

And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
