וְהָיָ֕ה כְּקָֽרָבְכֶ֖ם אֶל־ הַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה וְנִגַּ֥שׁ הַכֹּהֵ֖ן וְדִבֶּ֥ר אֶל־ הָעָֽם׃

And it shall be, when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people,
