Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who
now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom
the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness
of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power
and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness
in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they
might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion,
that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who
believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord,
because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of
the Spirit and belief of the truth:

The integration of the Ten Commandments with the order of the Canon is quite astounding
to behold. 2 Thessalonians on Spoke 9 speaks specifically to the theme of
Ninth Commandment
just as clearly as I Timothy on Spoke 10 speaks to that of the Tenth (see Covetousness).
Ninth Commandment
prohibits  (Ed Shakar, False Witness).
The first occurrence of the Hebrew root translated as Witness,
 (Ed, S# H5707) is Genesis 31,
(Spoke 9, Cycle 2) which is linked to Obadiah
with the KeyLink Set ("hath deceived" w/i 2 God).
"Witness" is an Ayin KeyWord related to the
idea of the Eye (the literal meaning of Ayin - cf. The Eyes of God), whereas
the the prohibition of false witness that is the essence of the Ninth Commandment. There seems
to be a deep interweaving between Ayin and Tet associated with Obadiah, whose name Servant of the Lord
is based on the Ayin KeyWord ebed (servant, S# H5650).
The theme of the Ninth Commandment is very strong on Spoke 9. It manifest with perfect clarity in Romans 9
and is the basis of the question that opens Isaiah 53 (Spoke 9, Cycle 3) which
corresponds to 2 Thessalonians.
