The best thing about your posts is that they explain why you are so confused about everything. The Bible Wheel does not say that any books have to have "decisive things in common." Nothing is forced to fit. I don't merely "claim" it to be God's design. That's the only logical conclusion given the facts. The strangling thing about that is that now the 1st ,23rd and 45th book must have decisive things in common, like also the 2nd, 24th and 46th, and so on.
