    Silent Lucidity ~ Queensryche

Read the lyrics while listening to this amazing song and you will see why I put it here in the Synchronicities, Visions, and Dreams forum.

    Hush now, don't you cry
Wipe away the teardrop from your eye
    You're lying safe in bed
It was all a bad dream
    Spinning in your head
Your mind tricked you to feel the pain
Of someone close to you leaving the game of life
So here it is, another chance
Wide awake you face the day
Your dream is over... or has it just begun?

    There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run through in the night
    Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize it and you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind
    Commanding in another world
    Suddenly you hear and see
    This magic new dimension

I- will be watching over you
I- am gonna help you see it through
I- will protect you in the night
I- am smiling next to you, in Silent Lucidity

    -spoken during solo-
    [Visualize your dream]
[Record it in the present tense]
[Put it into a permanent form]
[If you persist in your efforts]
    [You can achieve dream control]
    [Dream control]
    [How's that then, better?]
    [Hug me]

If you open your mind for me
You won't rely on open eyes to see
    The walls you built within
Come tumbling down, and a new world will begin
Living twice at once you learn
You're safe from the pain in the dream domain
A soul set free to fly
A round trip journey in your head
Master of illusion, can you realize
Your dream's alive, you can be the guide but...

I- will be watching over you
I- am gonna help to see it through
I- will protect you in the night
I- am smiling next to you....

    Hey there bro,

    Now we're talkin'!

This song ever reminds me of the excerpt on pain, from Kahlil Gibran's "The Prophet":

    "And he said:

Your pain is the breaking of the shell
    that encloses your understanding.

Even as the stone of the fruit must break,
that it's heart may stand in the sun, so must you
    know pain.

And could you keep your heart in wonder
at the daily miracles of your life, your pain
would not seem less wonderous than your
    joy;

And would you accept the seasons of your
heart, even as you have always accepted
the seasons that pass over your fields.

And would you watch with serenity
through the winters of your grief.

Much of your pain is self-chosen.

It is the bitter poison by which the phy-
sician within you heals your sick self.

Therefore trust the physician, asnd drink
his remedy in silence and tranquility:

For his hand though heavy and hard, is
guided by the tender hand of the Unseen,

And the cup he brings, though it burn
your lips, has been fashioned of the clay
which the Potter has moistened with His
    own sacred tears.

Wow - that's a profound poem by Kahlil Gibran. Thanks for sharing it man. It really touched me.

I think the idea of "Dream control" is an oxymoron. There certainly can be "conscious dream influence" though!

    IN THE WHIRLED OV MAN
Through envisioning dream reality transmuting from flickering daydreams onto lucidity, it is indispensable for us to take account of the thoughts, characteristics, and unpredictable tendencies of both environs and humanity in order to avoid making slips in the social and in the direction of environmentally cultured affairs.
    (ONE HINGES UPON THE OTHER.)

The triumph of individuated silently lucidity, in which the component parts of the machinery may be variously disposed according to temperament, is not a destructive bent so much as finding alternate purposeful uses for any imagined thing moving from the vortex into the matrix, then through the matrix finding physical solidification as people to people proliferations ensue.

The more stable what was once imagined becomes, the greater chances for it's survival once outside of the matrix. It's continuing viability has the source of it's continued activity based solely on it's assimulation/integration into existing physical conditions of environs.

The exception to the above arises where the power of the paradigm and it's synthesis borne through the interaction of the thesis with it's antithesis superceeds current realogistics.

    EXAMPLE:
Setting two paradigms in opposition to one another is a starting point, and sometimes is achievable simply through re-ordering the memetic sequence in relation to the [(?)sub-] human genome.

    CASE IN POINT:
Consumer mentations are edible as a virtual smorgasbord of the consumed on our way into greater virtualisation of dreamscapes by the hunter gatherer paradigm re-ordering reality through understanding knowledge gained. Paradigmatanalysis of expletives regarding hunter/gatherer interdependencies in culturisation are fruitful ground for exploration comparative to the increasing individuated dependencies wrought through growing consumerism.

The will to power does fail of success if the aetheric and practical application of it is not based on a sumary of the lessons of the past looked at through the light of the present. Though we do percieve lessons of the past as helpful, present day altercations of the very warp and weft of time and space can place expediency subservient (in varying degrees) to the effacy of relative visualised parameters.

Because of the above facts, we shall accordingly dispense with the buffet serving line entirely. Pending these altercation in the normal routine menu and serving line services, feel free to commence ordering your food through your automated server, The Selectotronu-seeNtaste Tablemaster Serving Guide and Menu Order Dispenser. Though the dollar used to operate the Selectotronu-seeNtaste Tablemaster Serving Guide and Menu Order Dispenser is non-refundable, we have alleviated the need to tip for your convenience.

    Thank you
    for your pseudo-time
    and
    your second attention.
