SATHYA SAI BABA and Tal Brooke

About 15 years ago I read "Avatar of Night". It was a riveting read and now I found a Youtube by Tal Brooke.

Bob May, I think you will find this very interesting. You may have had a similar journey (in some ways) as Tal.

Also, I want to let you know about Tal's website (Spiritual Counterfeits Project).

Here is the first video about Tal Brooke's personal experience with Sai Baba. (It will continue on to part II, III and so forth)

Let me know what you think.

"Compelling story. The search for truth can lead to fools gold, but the persistent will find the genuine article"

There is no other book like the Bible in the world where you have to know the Author to understand the book. If Christianity were the religion of the Book then it would be no different than any other religion in the world. But, Christianity is Christ! It is the dynamic, personal Spirit of God functioning in man.

    Very interesting.

Goes to show every culture has it's fake miracle workers. We've got Benny Hinn, they had Sai Baba. It shows how important it is to be very skeptical of any religious claims. If we shut down our reason when evaluating our own personal religion, then we can have no confidnece that we have not been duped like all the other folks following demonstrably false religions.

    Good post.
    • Skepticism is the antiseptic of the mind.
    • Remember why we debate. We have nothing to lose but the errors we hold. Who but a stubborn fool would hold to errors once they have been exposed?
