Otto in German apparently means riches which is mentioned by Nathan the prophet in his parable to David, identifying him as the rich man. The Hebrew word for the number 10 means riches.

Also Basil II of the Byzantine Empire who lived in the 10th century was a fine warrior like David in 2Samuel. Basil means king. (Whereas Basil I who lived in the 9th century came from a humble home and fought a Bulgarian champion. as a result the Byzantine emperor loved him and took him in his palace like David who fought Goliath and King Saul took him in his palace.)
