An outstanding speech by the vice president on reauthorizing VAWA. If more men were like Joe Biden the world would be a much safer place for women.

I agree in this statement. Domestic abuse has no limits it can be at any form, on or perform by any person regardless of status, race, gender and age. I hope the government realize how to act clearly in this issue. Cases of violent attacks are tremendously increasing and we cant help but to felt sad about it. Texas-based researchers Cortney A. Franklin and Tasha A. polled more than 300 women who identified themselves as being in, or recently broken from, a monogamous relationship with a partner of the opposite sex. They found that 30 percent of those who kept house while their partner worked experience domestic violence. However, domestic violence was an issue with more than 60 percent of those women who held jobs away from home. Read more here...
