Genesis 2:21 KJV - And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Genesis 2:22 KJV - And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
Genesis 2:23 KJV - And Adam said, This [is] now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Genesis 2:24 KJV - Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
Genesis 2:25 KJV - And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

Likewise in Isaac's case in Chapter 22 Abraham was about to sacrifice him. After chapter 22 even though Isaac wasn't sacrificed his name is not mentioned, which means he laughed, I think because of Sarah his mother's death in chapter 23.

Genesis 22:9 KJV - And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.

His name mentioned last. Until chapter 24 he was called as the lad.

Genesis 24:4 KJV - But thou shalt go unto my country, and to my kindred, and take a wife unto my son Isaac.
Genesis 24:14 KJV - And let it come to pass, that the damsel to whom I shall say, Let down thy pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink; and she shall say, Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also: [let the same be] she [that] thou hast appointed for thy servant Isaac; and thereby shall I know that thou hast shewed kindness unto my master.
Genesis 24:62 KJV - And Isaac came from the way of the well Lahairoi; for he dwelt in the south country.
Genesis 24:63 KJV - And Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide: and he lifted up his eyes, and saw, and, behold, the camels [were] coming.
Genesis 24:64 KJV - And Rebekah lifted up her eyes, and when she saw Isaac, she lighted off the camel.
Gen 24:65 KJV - For she [had] said unto the servant, What man [is] this that walketh in the field to meet us? And the servant [had] said, It [is] my master: therefore she took a vail, and covered herself.
Genesis 24:66 KJV - And the servant told Isaac all things that he had done.
Genesis 24:67 KJV - And Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah's tent, and took Rebekah, and she became his wife; and he loved her: and Isaac was comforted after his mother's [death].

So it's seems to me that both Adam and Isaac experienced a type of death and resurrection and meet their wife.
