View Full Version : Is Google censoring climategate?

It appears that google is censoring their autosuggest function. Yesterday it would autosuggest "climategate" but it no longer appears in the list!

It would be good if other folks could confirm this and post their results here.

Thanks.

Conclusion?

Google is CIA:signthankspin:
Thanks for checking. It is interesting that last night google was returning 8,660,000 hits for climategate. THe stats are not very significant when you separate climate from gate because that picks up a lot of unrelated pages.

But what about the autosuggest? Did it show climategate in the list when you typed in "climate"?

It's completely censored by Google, RAM.

I used PRINT SCREEN key in hopes that I may send Attachment, but the size was too big.

Google Climate -No AutoSuggestion for 'Climategate'
Google Climateg- No AutoSuggestion for 'Climategate'

:lol:DrumRoll, Please:lol:

Goolge Climategate - No AutoSuggestion for 'Climategate'

Have a great one.

Thanks! Now I just need a way to prove that it was showing up yesterday ....

Welcome to the new world. They are self-censoring the auto suggestion. If someone denounces it, they will answer some nonsense, like that they don't 'censor the results,' as if that was what the claim. Or someone will step up and say that this is a "conspiracy theory" so that we are seen as weird 'extremist' people. Better yet, they decide that 'this claim is not worth responding to' and remain silent.

What can we expect from a company that doesn't find any conscience problem in cooperating with the totalitarian government of China to filter unwanted webpages for browsers in Chinese territory?

By the way, "climategate" didn't appear for me too... This is absurd since this word has been everywhere in the last few days.

That's exactly correct. Google has been censoring the web for years. See here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Censorship_by_Google

Yes - They censor any page relating to the Tienanmen Square crackdown from searches originating in China to comply with demands from the Chinese communist government!

And now they censor "climategate"!!! They are the enemies of truth and freedom!

BTW - this proves Monbiot's conspiracy - he has been a HUGE advocate of global warming doomsday, and now he admitted that there has been a "limited climate science conspiracy" but said that it would have to be a "obviously absurd" world-wide conspiracy before it could have any "real significance." Well, the conspiracy is in plain site! The MSM is ignoring or whitewashing the story almost completely, and Google is hiding it as best they can. That says it all.

The global warming scientists have been LYING for years and years and years. They changed the historical climate data. And the CRU could calm the storm in a minute if they just released the data. But they can't because they don't have any REAL data! All they have is a confused and corrupt database that they manipulated to create the illusion of global warming.

Thank God for the revelation of Truth!

From SmallDeadAnimals.com (http://www.smalldeadanimals.com/archives/012721.html):

Climate Emails: Don't Google It

The Google (http://www.google.com/) search function comes with a handy helper. Typically, when you begin to type in search terms, a drop down window will appear to provide helpful suggestions, based on the search terms Google users are typing in most often.
I mention this, because a couple of days ago, typing the word "climate" into the window resulted in "climate hack" and "climate emails" popping up near the top of the handy helper suggestion list.
Today, Google's handy helper seems to have had a change of heart.
http://www.smalldeadanimals.com/pictures/screenshot_google.jpg
I tried a stronger hint...
http://www.smalldeadanimals.com/pictures/screenshot_google_em.jpg
Maybe my eyes deceived me. Maybe no one out there was searching for "climate emails" (http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=climate+emails&btnG=Search&meta=&aq=f&oq=) after all?
http://www.smalldeadanimals.com/pictures/screenshot_google_34million.jpg
The same non-thing happens with "climate hack".
I know you're asking the same question I am - has Google been hijacked by the folks at Wikipedia....? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Climatic_Research_Unit_e-mail_hacking_incident)
Update: Several commentors using google.com are reporting their search bars are behaving like mine was yesterday. I've been using google.ca the whole time, so I still can't explain the change in behavior.

Yes - it's gone back up. I just got 10,800,000. I wonder what caused it to swing so wildly? It was 8,660,000 last night, and then dropped to 2,810,000 this morning.

But Google is still censoring the keyword "climategate" from their autocomplete suggestion list. That is a very obvious "information crime."

Thanks Victor!

That pretty much settles it.

I was reading a whitewashing of the climategate scandal in the MSM yesterday and they said it wasn't a story worth covering because no one was covering it!

That's almost as good as the in-house "peer review" by the global warming scaremongers at CRU and associated cohorts.

On the upside - this is the END of the reign of global warming alarmists!

If you've been living under a rock for the past week, you might not have heard about the hacked emails that prove the hoax of global warming (http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/11/crus_source_code_climategate_r.html). Or, perhaps, you've tried to find info about it at Democratic Underground. Well, you need to catch up with that story now, and Democratic Underground is busy censoring comments about Climategate. Fortunately, Twitter and Google are not self-censoring.

Twitter: search for #climategate and #copenhagen (include the hashmark.)
Google: search for "climategate" (do Web, News and Blog searches)

Don't expect to find many references to "climategate" over at Democratic Underground. They're busy purging any posts about the scandal. This one, for example, posted by "hopfen":

Democratic Underground - Inhofe says he will call for ... (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=102&topic_id=4158875&mesg_id=4159018)

One of the biggest hoaxes in history has been exposed and it's a "missing topic" at Democratic Underground? 91. The Scam In A Nut Shell
JFK gives the President and the Press Speech.

George H. W. Bush calls for a New World Order.

Bush, Cheney, and Silverstein plant thermite in the WTC towers, blames it on Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaida, a CIA operation setup by Zbigniew Brzezinski to fight the Orwellian Redcoat/Redshield Soviets in Afghanistan during the Carter administration. Silverstein doubles the property value of his investment. Bush and Cheney help the military industrial complex and destroy our vital civil liberties.

The right are fooled into fighting islamic terrorism, much like Hitler blamed everything on the Jews, to setup a world dictatorship known as the NWO.

Al Gore and a bunch of scientists collude to promote this global warming hoax with falsified data. Big oil, Rupert Murdoch, etc., is behind it because they will get monopoly powers, driving small business out of energy. Chevron funds sites like DailyKos to work for big oil to promote the global warming scam.

Global warming is cyclical caused by the sun. Water is the only significant greenhouse gas. CO2 levels follow warming because it is released from warming oceans. Plant life increases, consuming the CO2, converting it to carbon and oxygen. Every climate scientist knows this.

Al Gore becomes a billionaire on his cap-and-trade scam to benefit Al Gore and big oil. He promotes carbon taxes to fund a world dicatorship known as the NWO ran by the big corporations, not by democratic means. The same NWO George H. W. Bush and many others have talked about creating.

The left are fooled into fighting global warming to setup and fund a world dicatorship known as the NWO.

The rebel alliance strike back against the Empire...

Scientists have confirmed thermite was found in the WTC dust. Unfortunately, only Cynthia McKinney was brave enough to come out and admit 9/11 was an inside job in the Congress.

Hackers have shown the collusion, racketeering, conspiracy to commit fraud in what is called ClimateGate.

I was reading a whitewashing of the climategate scandal in the MSM yesterday and they said it wasn't a story worth covering because no one was covering it!

Can we get any dumber than that? So what makes them decide what should be covered is not their jornalistic judgment of the intrisinc importance of a given subject but what others are saying about it?

Of course what "others are saying" (or not saying) should be an influence too, but this is not the primary reason to not air something.

On the upside - this is the END of the reign of global warming alarmists!

I hope I'll be wrong, but I doubt that this is the end of their reign. The good people have granted too much power to them. The majority around the world doesn't even know about the scandal, and the few who know end up taking too long to grasp the whole point, since climate fundamentalists try to confuse the issue as they have been doing in the last few days.

They'll probably end up turning the tables to their favor.

George Monblot blog:

Pretending the climate email leak isn't a crisis won't make it go away
Climate sceptics have lied, obscured and cheated for years. That's why we climate rationalists must uphold the highest standards of science

*Climate change champion and sceptic both call for inquiry

Hi Cheow!

I'm very glad you cited that article by George Monbiot. I was planning on writing about it anyway. Here is his post, and my interspersed response:
It's no use pretending this isn't a major blow. The emails extracted by a hacker from the climatic research unit (http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2009/nov/20/climate-sceptics-hackers-leaked-emails) at the University of East Anglia could scarcely be more damaging. I am now convinced that they are genuine, and I'm dismayed and deeply shaken by them.
He has every reason to be "dismayed and deeply shaken" - there is overwhelming evidence that CRU cooked the books, hid their data, violated the Freedom of Information act (which would NEVER be needed if they were REAL scientists), and perverted the peer review system. In every way, they violated the most Fundamental Principles of Science.
Yes, the messages were obtained illegally. Yes, all of us say things in emails that would be excruciating if made public. Yes, some of the comments have been taken out of context. But there are some messages that require no spin to make them look bad. There appears to be evidence here of attempts to prevent scientific data from being released, and even to destroy material that was subject to a freedom of information request.

Worse still, some of the emails suggest efforts to prevent the publication of work by climate sceptics, or to keep it out of a report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (http://www.ipcc.ch/). I believe that the head of the unit, Phil Jones, should now resign. Some of the data discussed in the emails should be re-analysed.
Monbiot is not alone in his call for the resignation of Phil Jones. I have a link to another scientist (who was mentioned in the emails because he showed flaws in the work of Mann and Jones) on my climagtegate news (http://www.biblewheel.com/politics/climategate/index.asp) page.

And now after admitting the basic truth of the CRU corruption of science, he attempts to limit the damage to just "three of four scientists" -
But do these revelations justify the sceptics' claims that this is "the final nail in the coffin" of global warming theory? Not at all (http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/cif-green/2009/nov/23/leaked-email-climate-change). They damage the credibility of three or four scientists. They raise questions about the integrity of one or perhaps two out of several hundred lines of evidence.
This is ABSURD. The corrupt papers of those "three of four scientists" were supposedly PEER REVIEWED by a bunch of other scientists. So all the scientists who reviewed their work are guilty of INCOMPETENCE or COLLUSION. They missed it or hid it. And that is despite the fact that the errors had been pointed out to them in great detail by many scientists and others such as Steve McIntyre. They have no excuse. But it gets worse - the junk science produced by CRU played a central role in the IPCC reports that have been used by countless thousands of politicians to force their global warming crap down the throat of the entire world!
To bury man-made climate change, a far wider conspiracy would have to be revealed. Luckily for the sceptics, and to my intense disappointment, I have now been passed the damning email that confirms that the entire science of global warming is indeed a scam. Had I known that it was this easy to rig the evidence, I wouldn't have wasted years of my life promoting a bogus discipline (http://www.guardian.co.uk/profile/georgemonbiot). In the interests of open discourse, I feel obliged to reproduce it here.

Gentlemen, the culmination of our great plan approaches fast. What the Master called "the ordering of men's affairs by a transcendent world state, ordained by God and answerable to no man", which we now know as Communist World Government, advances towards its climax at Copenhagen. For 185 years since the Master, known to the laity as Joseph Fourier (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Fourier), launched his scheme for world domination, the entire physical science community has been working towards this moment.
This is a classic attempt to distract. It's called a "straw man argument." Monbiot produced an absurd caracature of a "conspiracy" and claimed that such would be required to bring down the Global Warming Cult. The word "conspiracy" literally means "to breath together" in the sense of "breathing the same air" or sharing the same "atmosphere." It describes a group of people who are of the same spirit. Monbiot tries to confuse the issue by suggesting that each conspirator was consciously acting in concert with all the others. That's not how it works.

Here's how the real conspiracy works. ALL SCIENTISTS KNOW that they will be mocked and rejected and cast out of academia and worst of all not receive any GRANT MONEY if they speak against the "CONSENSUS." Likewise, all political commentators KNOW that anyone who speaks against the "CONSENSUS" is a "climate change deniar" and should be mocked and rejected and NEVER listened to. And then there are the explicit consipirators like ABC, NBC, and other memebers of the MSM that consciously CHOOSE to squash the story. And there is Google that CENSORS the keyword "climategate" from their autocomplete feature. That's the real conspiracy. Monbiot KNOWS this and deliberately hid it, or he is an ignorant fool.

The truth is obvious. There is a MASSIVE coverup and whitewash currently being executed by the MSM (Main Stream Media). Google is CENSORING the keyword "climategate." If it were not for the mountain of evidence against their position, their CONSPIRACY to hide the truth would be just as successful as it has been for the last ten years.

Here's some evidence for you:
ClimateGate Totally Ignored By TV News Outlets Except Fox (http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2009/11/24/climategate-totally-ignored-tv-news-outlets-except-fox)

The Obama administration has another reason to hate Fox: it appears to be the only national television news outlet in America interested in the growing ClimateGate scandal.

Despite last Friday morning's bombshell (http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2009/11/20/possible-conspiracy-misreport-temperatures-found-media-mum) that hacked e-mail messages from a British university suggested a conspiracy by some of the world's leading global warming alarmists -- many with direct ties to the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change -- to manipulate temperature data, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, and NBC through Monday evening have completely ignored the subject.
LexisNexis searches indicate that NPR appears to also be part of this news boycott.

By contrast, here are some of the stories news organizations apparently favored by the Obama adminstration have covered since ClimateGate broke:
ABC's "World News with Charles Gibson" Friday did a very lengthy piece about Oprah Winfrey ending her syndicated daytime talk show
ABC's "World News with Charles Gibson" Monday did a lengthy piece on new revelations involving the marital affair of Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.)
CBS "Evening News" Saturday reported a ten-year-old pianist playing at Carnegie Hall
CBS "Evening News" Sunday did lengthy pieces on the website FreeCreditReport.com not being free and the movie "New Moon"
CBS "Evening News" Monday did lengthy pieces about defective drywall and a man who makes money wearing t-shirts
NBC "Nightly News" Friday reported on Switzerland's supercollider being turned back on
NBC "Nightly News" Saturday did a somewhat lengthy report on food carts
NBC "Nightly News" Sunday reported the release of British singer Susan Boyle's CD, and then followed it up with another report Monday on her promoting it.It's not that these aren't valid news stories, but should they ALL be of greater importance than a scandal involving scientists from around the world including some employed by NASA and American colleges?
Also consider that the news divisions of ABC, CBS, and NBC broadcast many hours during the day besides their evening programs, and LexisNexis identified no ClimateGate reports in those either (through Monday).

As for CNN, it has been broadcasting for almost 100 straight hours since this story broke, and it appears the so-called "Most Respected Name In News" has yet to devote one second to this scandal.
By contrast, Fox News did at least four reports on this subject on Monday alone. The Australian Broadcasting Corporation has also done multiple stories on this matter, as has BBC.com.

Yet, despite the seriousness of this issue, as well as a prominent Senator calling for hearings (http://epw.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?FuseAction=Minority.Blogs&ContentRecord_id=2188feb3-802a-23ad-4de4-3fbc0a92e126&Issue_id) to investigate it, America's television news organizations appear to be actively boycotting this growing controversy.
Is this a replay of how they ignored September's ACORN scandal for many days until they were basically forced to cover what had gone viral across the Internet, talk radio, and Fox News?
What is it going to take for these so-called news outlets to begin sharing this subject with their viewers?

On a humorous related note, ABC might not be interested in ClimateGate, but it still is devoted to spreading climate fear.
On Tuesday, ABCNews.com's top story was, "Worse Than the Worst: Climate Report Says Even Most Dire Predictions Too Tame (http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/GlobalWarming/global-warming-report-finds-time-running/story?id=9159815)"
There's even less time for humanity to try to curb global warming (http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Weekend/story?id=7371405&page=1) than recently thought, according to a new in-depth scientific assessment by 26 scientists from eight countries.
Sea level rise, ocean acidification and the rapid melting of massive ice sheets are among the significantly increased effects of human-induced global warming (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/GlobalWarming/story?id=6748718&page=1) assessed in the survey, which also examines the emissions of heat-trapping gases that are causing the climate change.
"Many indicators are currently tracking near or above the worst-case projections" made three years ago by the world's scientists, the new Copenhagen Diagnosis (http://copenhagendiagnosis.com/) said.
Nor has manmade global warming (http://abcnews.go.com/print?id=9159815#) slowed or paused, as some headlines have recently suggested, according to the report, which you can see here (http://copenhagendiagnosis.com/).
Well, at least ABC is consistent.

Microsoft's new search site www.bing.com (http://www.bing.com) has "climategate" in its autocomplete suggestion list. At the time of this writing it returns 50,800,000 pages.

That's 50.8 MILLION pages.

Google has CENSORED the keyword "climategate" and many others from it's autocomplete suggestion list. It returns only 10 million pages.

I say it is time to reward MS for not being part of the climategate coverup. I will never use Google again, except to expose their CENSORSHIP.

That's very odd. It still does not autocomplete "climategate" for me, or for a lot of other people that have been talking about this on the web. It's hard to imagine why there would be a difference for different users ... unless perhaps you are hitting a different server. Where are you located? I'm in Yakima, Wa.

Are you sure it is the Google autocomplete and not the autocomplete built into your browser? The browser autocomplete shows you a list of terms that you previously had searched for from the browser cache. This is completely different than the Google autocomplete which is sent to your browser from Google each time you type a character.

It is interesting that Google autocomplete listed climategate emails if I typed climategate space for a few minutes last night and then quit. Now it shows only climate guatemala for anything starting with climategat.

Also, it returns only 5.7 million pages for climategate. Last night it was returning 10.8 million. I've noticed a lot of wild up and down swings in the return count. I don't know if this means anything.

This is completely different than the Google autocomplete which is sent to your browser from Google each time you type a character.

Central Pa.

This is the most probable explanation. There is no reason to expect that Google's autocomplete query function will work differently when you change from one machine to another. They may segment this function based on country or language, but you are in US and most likely using Google in the English language.

Watts Up With That is one of the most important sites challenging the global warming "consensus." I posted the info about Google's CENSORSHIP there yesterday and today Anthony Watts included it in his latest post!

'Climategate' surpasses 'Global Warming' on Google – autosuggest still blocked
(http://wattsupwiththat.com/2009/11/28/climategate-surpasses-global-warming-on-google-autosuggest-still-blocked/)
And guess what? Google is now allowing the word "climategate" in their autocomplete suggestion list! It looks like we are doing our job. It's not so hard if each of us acts with the power we have. Just a letter to a senator, or a post on a blog, or whatever - do what you can and we will make the world a better place!

Of course, this does not change my opinion of Google. They have exposed their allegiance, and it is not on the side of Liberty, Freedom of Information, Honesty, Integrity, or Truth.

Remember, Al Gore is a Senior Adviser to Google.

Yes - it started working again yesterday about 6:00PM my time. A lot of folks at Watts Up With That confirmed it was working, though some said it was not.

But get this - I just checked again and now it's working! I have no idea what is going on with their management. We know that they have the software in place to censor search terms. Read this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Censorship_by_Google

Google also censors its search suggestions in the United States. "Dirty" search suggestions end in an apostrophe, period, or hyphen. Suggestions containing the words "teen" or "teenager" are forbidden. "Child abuse" is notoriously blocked as well, but not "abused children". Suggestions for "physical neglect" and "emotional neglect" are used as code words for "physical abuse" and "emotional abuse". All queries containing "hate" are censored as well. For example, instead of "Why did Hitler hate Jews?", a suggested query is "Why did Hitler hated Jews?". More recently, Google has been censoring search suggestions skeptical of climate change, i.e. "Climategate" is forbidden, but "climate change" is ok. Also both "climategate" and "climate gate" search results went from over 12 million to around 6 million results for both. "climate gate" should always yield more than "climategate" as teh Google search algorithm should find all sites containing "climategate" and sites containing both "climate" and "gate", but "climate gate" yields less results than "climategate". This is pointed to as undeniable evidence of tampering since the results are violating the rules of their own search algorithm.

Look at that! I wonder how long it will be before Wikipedia censors this info. They are famous for that on climate change issues.

WIKIPEDIA CENSORED THE INFORMATION ABOUT GOOGLE CENSORING CLIMATEGATE!

Richard Amiel McGough

Well Google is really working overtime to coverup climategate and advance their Global Warming agenda. A couple days ago Watts Up With That? had an article about the Google censorship, and posted this pic of the autosuggest terms brought up by typing climateg:

http://www.biblewheel.com/politics/climategate/google-ac_climategate2.png

These are exactly the same results that I saw as I researched the Google coverup.

Then for about a day Google stopped censoring climategate, and it would show up first in the list. Now they have removed it again, and have promoted an environmentalist site climategroundzero.org that gets only 10,000 hits:

http://www.biblewheel.com/politics/climategate/climategroundzeor.gif

A search for "climategate" returns 13.5 MILLION hits, but is not listed in their autocomplete suggestion list.

I have written a bit about this and the collusion between Al Gore, Google, and Wikipedia to promote the LIE of Anthropogenic Global Warming in my new article called Censorship by Google (http://biblewheel.com/politics/climategate/Censorship_by_Google.asp).

This is from the Google support page (http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Web+Search/thread?tid=25112ee0c29cbd01&hl=en) where a number of people are accusing google of censoring climategate. At the time of this writing, no one from google has responded. (It is quite gratifying that my article is cited in the second comment.)

Is google censoring ClimateGate?

If I use Google to search for pages about ClimateGate, it does not put up any search suggestions after I have entered "Cli" however, Bing offers many terms, with "ClimateGate" at the top of the list.

In addition, google says there are about 10M pages that match my search, Bing says there are as many as 50M.

If Google is going to censor the pages I can search for, then I am switching to Bing.

Yes, as a matter of fact they are. I used to get a suggestion for "Climategate" in the past, when I typed climate, but now it's gone. I've searched the internet, and it appears some others have noticed as well.

Here is one such result:
http://www.biblewheel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1314

I'm about ready to switch to Bing as well. The internet's biggest search engine is trying to push and protect their own agenda. Pathetic...

Hey Google.

Have you forgotten your "Ten Things" belief ?

http://www.google.com/corporate/tenthings.html

Let me remind you. In your own preamble you state:

"The perfect search engine," says co-founder Larry Page, "would understand exactly what you mean and give back exactly what you want." ....Google became successful precisely because we were better and faster at finding the right answer than other search engines at the time."

Then you go on to say.

1. "we take great care to ensure that they will ultimately serve you, rather than our own internal goal or bottom line."

2. It's best to do one thing really, really well.
We do search. With one of the world's largest research groups focused exclusively on solving search problems, we know what we do well, and how we could do it better. Through continued iteration on difficult problems, we've been able to solve complex issues and provide continuous improvements to a service that already makes finding information a fast and seamless experience for millions of people.

4. Democracy on the web works.
Google search works because it relies on the millions of individuals posting links on websites to help determine which other sites offer content of value. We assess the importance of every web page using more than 200 signals and a variety of techniques, including our patented PageRank™ algorithm, which analyzes which sites have been "voted" to be the best sources of information by other pages across the web. As the web gets bigger, this approach actually improves, as each new site is another point of information and another vote to be counted.

6. You can make money without doing evil.
Our users trust our objectivity and no short-term gain could ever justify breaching that trust.

8. The need for information crosses all borders.
"Our company was founded in California, but our mission is to facilitate access to information for the entire world, and in every language"

.................................................. ..........

And finally you finish off that page of philosophy by stating..
"Update: We first wrote these "10 things" several years ago. From time to time we revisit this list to see if it still holds true. We hope it does – and you can hold us to that. (September 2009)"
So...

In the light of over 10,000,000 results on your own search engine...how can it be that there is no auto function working when one types in the term "Climategate" ?

Only you at Google know the answer to that one..

ABSOLUTE PROOF. These are posts I put on another website

[below is regarding an article discussing the lack of "climategate" and "climate gate" in auto suggest despite the fact that both terms were searched for more than "climate change" in the past week]

29 11 2009 Joe (04:03:54) : Your comment is awaiting moderation
After I type in all of these letters: “CLIMATE GATE” it suggests “climate gates” something different. when i type “climateg” all the way to “climategate” IT SUGGESTS NOTHING!

29 11 2009 Joe (04:08:20) : Your comment is awaiting moderation
BTW the results on google for “climategate” have GONE DOWN to 6,690,000. IT USED TO GIVE >12,000,000.
When a story breaks the reuslts normally INCREASE for at least hte first month. But in under a weak the numbers have decreased by over half.
I wish them edia covered things. It disgusts me.

29 11 2009 Joe (04:11:53) : Your comment is awaiting moderation
OMG “climate gate” (two words) gives even less.
RUNDOWN:
“climategate” and “climate gate” both gave over 12 million results at first.
NOW:
“climategate” : 6,690,000
“climate gate”: 6,180,000
TO SHOW THAT THIS IS ABSURD AND DIRECT CENSORSHIP
“climate wall” yields: 32,600,000 !!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT WHAT??? Google you bastards.

29 11 2009 Joe (04:14:36) : Your comment is awaiting moderation
Also more proof of tampering “climate gate” is yielding less than “cliamtegate”. climate gate should always yield more as it SHOULD result in all sites with the word “climategate” (thaks to google’s algorithm) BUT also any websites taht have the words “climate” and “gate” in them.
THIS IS DISGUSTING

"Climategate" doesn't appear in any way at all. They have been going back and forth with this.

Climate gate scandal returns 6.500.000 results at this time and appears in the autosuggestion list. Climategate returns almost the double, yet the word climategate doesn't appear in the autosuggestion. Is that some kind of "damage control"?
