    • Skepticism is the antiseptic of the mind.
    • Remember why we debate. We have nothing to lose but the errors we hold. Who but a stubborn fool would hold to errors once they have been exposed?

So is there not just physical evolution but also spiritual evolution?

Would this also be the meaning of "God is spirit"?

    John 4:24,
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth

God being the highest level of spiritual evolution? The target and the end of all evolution?

It's not impossible, and it might be a nice idea, but I have no reason to think it true. Do you?

    I do

    Revelation 22:13,

    τέλος = end, target, purpose

You mean you think God evolved, that he's not eternal? There was a time before he existed? He is not the creator?

I thought eternity exists in every single moment of time and that every moment of time is eternal, the eternal one surpassing time, i.e. the one is and who was and who is coming (ὁ ὢν καὶ ὁ ἦν καὶ ὁ ἐρχόμενος, Revelation 1:8)

What then does the word "eternity" even mean?

What does it mean to "surpass time"?

What does it mean to say that "every moment of time is eternal"?

I am not sure that the word "eternity" has any meaning at all.

Eternal is what not passes away

Like "this generation" of the Olivet discourse

    LXX,
