The Gentiles was never allowed into the tabernacle they stood on the outside the court yard of the Gentiles and if passed would have been killed. Jesus has broken down 'destoryed' that middle wall of separation which divided the Gentiles from the Jews. (Eph.2:15)
Hello Beck

Having thought about this subject for a while, I have come to the conclusion that the middle wall of partition spoken of in Eph 2:14 is not the veil that was torn from top to bottom in the Temple. I agree that Jesus has taken away spiritually any partition separating Jews and Gentiles as represented by the physical wall in the Temple. At the same time, Jesus gained access to the Most Holy Place where God is and that is (at this present time) in Heaven (God's dwelling place). It is here in Heaven that Jesus is acting as our High Priest and making intercession for us.

The fact that the Temple was destroyed in AD70 makes it academic that "the veil" torn was of no further use. It served as a sign that it was God who tore the veil and effectively removed it allowing Jesus to enter his presence on a permanent basis.

Jesus has taken away the symbolic wall of partition and as it says in Hebrews 10:19; Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, (20) By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
