If you haven't heard our President endorsed same sex marriage. Do you see this view "evolving" as much as Obama claims?

At some point if same sex marriage is accepted in the states then it will only be a short time before the churches will be forced to also accept marriage among same sex couples. I'm just not sure why President Obama would even make this statement at this time

Once an opponent of gay marriage, Obama said he changed his views in part because of the "incredibly committed monogamous relationships, same-sex relationships" he has seen among friends and staff.
Thats a great determining factor I guess. I also would be guessing how would child birth continue?
