    How you treat other people

John 15:12This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

How you treat other people,That is how you treat me Jesus!

So the Israelites really butchered Jesus when they obeyed God and chopped up all the little babies?

1 Sam 15:2 Thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘I will punish the Amalekites for what they did in opposing the Israelites when they came up out of Egypt. 3Now go and attack Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have; do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’'

    • Remember why we debate. We have nothing to lose but the errors we hold. Who but a stubborn fool would hold to errors once they have been exposed?

Treat others as you want to be treated! We all want happiness, and we don't want suffering, so let us use that as our guide...

Who do not want happiness? The problem is that we can never have happiness when there are sufferings around! Can one be happy oblivious to the sufferings that we see in the world around us and especially in third world countries? If yes, that is selfish happiness. Ask yourself then why are there still sufferings? The obvious reason is that there are still evils in the world.....greed, lust, cruelty, inequality, killings, robberies etc. etc.

To obtain happiness is to rid the world of all evil! But is it currently achievable? NO, and impossible by human hands. But that does not mean we should not try to reduce evil. Perhaps, it is better to spend time discussing how to reduce evil and sufferings in this world than to dream of happiness, for we know that without evil and suffering, the world will be a much happier place to live in. Do not be conform to this world, think of the era where humans will live in happiness when there are no evil, death and sufferings. This is only achievable when the time is ripe for God's intervention. Remember this parable:

    Matt. 13:24-31.
Another Parable put he forth to them, saying. The Kingdom of Heaven is like a man which sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the weeds also. So the servants of the householder came and said to him. Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field! From whence then has it weeds? He said to them. An enemy has done this. The servants said to him. Will you then that we go and gather them up? But he said. Nay; lest, while you gather up the weeds, you root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together, until the harvest; and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather you together, first the weeds, and bind them in: bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.

Understand what Jesus taught, "Do not keep all your treasures on earth where moth and rust can destroy but keep your treasures in heaven where moth and rust do not destroy". Let's do our part and look forward to the era where there is no evil, death and suffering in the world by doing whatever that is good and righteous and Love God with all your heart, soul and strength and Love others as yourself.

God Blessed our souls. In Jesus Name.

Of course we can have happiness! By using happiness as our guide to not cause more suffering, by imposing unfair and unequal treatment of others...like the Bible promotes! The world may never be rid of suffering, but we can be happy knowing we are doing our best to help others.
