O Happy Day! (An alternative psychology.)

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDUqB20sxCI

If anyone is entitled to hold this view, is it not the One who made the greater sacrifice to obtain the ultimate prize, 'for the joy that was set before him'?
Read carefully Luke 10:15, noting, it is not the angels who are rejoicing. They are watching the Rejoicer.
Come, Holy Ghost, our hearts inspire, let us thine influence prove ...
And sound, with all thy saints below, the depths of love divine.

    Charles Wesley

he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
    12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner;
but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire. Matthew 3

    Yesh...righto matey!

Now that makes a whole lot more sense.

God's Kingdom is not won by compromise, weak wavering deferred prayers, broken promises, or hesitant testimony. Consider bold and valiant examples like Joseph, Rahab, Jael, Gideon, Deborah, Elijah, Esther, Daniel, Stephen, Lydia, and Paul.

Make your own attitude that of Christ Jesus,
who humbled Himself by becoming obedient
    even to
    death on a cross

    I don't get it.

Luke 10:15 And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.

    David
It should have been Luke 15.10.

Only dyslexics understand things like this.

    Shalom Dawid!

    Hi David,

Sorry about that! You are so right! I did mean Luke 15:10. I have a sequencing problem which just showed up in the full blaze of this forum! I can't answer for Timmy, though. Maybe he recognised the topic and didn't bother to go to the verse....?

Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

That should be easier to 'get', now!
