160: Nehemiah 10:15

The whole verse adds up to 160.
It's the only verse within the bible which adds up to that and Nehemiah is the 16th book.

Although there are many words which add up to 380 in the bible I noticed in Genesis 16:6 that the word do is unique because it is a Ayin word the 16th letter and in the 16th chapter.
