I offered that Mark 13 says:
29 Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that it is near, right at the door. 30 I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.
I asked who th YOU were in those sentences and the answer of course, is found in Mark 13:3:
3 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John and Andrew asked him privately, 4 'Tell us, when will these things happen?
So how can you expect to see the 'things' happen when Jesus told those four men that they would see them?

Yes, we did discuss that, and I tried to convey to you in various ways by using the "this generation" the "you principle" seen in prophetic scripture that though the prophecy may be spoken and given to some at a particular time (generation), the fulfillment applies to the generation onto whom the prophecy would be fulfilled. Now concerning Mark 13:29-30, Jesus was NOT just talking to these four men. Jesus said 'And what I say (the prophecy) unto YOU I say unto ALL, Watch' (Mark 13:37).

"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away" (Rev. 21:4).
