The post by 144 seems like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me. Your statement that 2009 is "the beginning of the last days" counterdicts what Peter said in Acts 2:14-21
14 Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: 'Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. 15 These people are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the morning! 16 No, THIS is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:

Did you see that. Peter told those assembled before him what they were witnessing was what had been foretold by the prophet Joel who said in the last days those events they were now seeing would take place. So if the last days were taking place at that time how can you say the last days began in 2009???

The last days were not millennia ago.
What they witnessed on Pentecost day was foretold to happen and we know it will again happen as prophesied for it is slated for...the last days. In other words, the event Peter spoke of was a type for what will again happen.
2009 saw the ending of 3,500 years since the 1491 BC Exodus (some place it at 1493) I don't know which is correct but as 2009 seemed to be a marker for many things I see it as the date.
The last days, I believe, began on 9/28/09...Feast of Trumpets. He tells us that we shall have "seventy weeks" to accomplish certain goals. Did that time begin at the Feast of Trumpets?
