Zechariah 12, 13 past or future?

This is the verse which made me think that it's a past event:

Zechariah 13
1In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

The fountain is Christ and his crucifixion.

Zechariah 13:1In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

Christ is the only Fountain of Living Water that can cleanse our sins, hence that verse must be past because we know that Jesus IS that Fountain.
