The description of creation in Genesis 1:4-5 mirrors the description of creation in John 1:4-5. Both speak of God giving light and that light being divided from the darkness. This exemplifies the Spoke 1 theme of beginnings, which is perfectly reflected in the symmetry of the first chapter of John.
.Gen.1:4-5 And God saw the light and it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day (Jesus is called the Day Star), and the darkness he called Night (absence of light). And the evening and the morning were the first day.Rose
John 1:4-5 In him was life;and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Never trust anything you are afraid to question ~

Be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. Matt.10:16

If we narrow our scope to verse 1:5, we also find this light/darkness connection:Gen.1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.Now we can add yet another verse: 1 John 1:5!
John 1:5 In him was life;and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.1Jn 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

Could it be that there is a word or phrase that adds up to 15?
Check this out:
Then Richard gave me this insight:Luke 1
15 For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
Galatians 1
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
Bowels is Mem Ayin Heh the male counterpart 40+70+5=115.Genesis 15
4 And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.
So there you have genesis 15:4 or 1:15:4.
The womb is the female counterpart which are found in Luke 1:15 and Galatians 1:15
The "1:5" pattern shines even brighter when we recall this identity:
Light (φως, phos) = 1500
That's the word used in Genesis 1:5 (LXX), John 1:5, and 1 John 1:5!

- Skepticism is the antiseptic of the mind.
- Remember why we debate. We have nothing to lose but the errors we hold. Who but a stubborn fool would hold to errors once they have been exposed?

I didn't know about Bowels = 115, cohering with Genesis 15 (1,15), Luke 1:15 and Galatians 1:15!
I think the light/darkness connection can also be seen on the book level. Isaiah is on Spoke 1 and it is a book of the Bible with a great number of joint references to light and darkness. The Isaiah chapter with the greatest number of references to light/darkness is chapter 5!
So we have (1,5) at:
Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Isaiah 5:30 And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof.
Excellent insight!! It completely escaped me. In the article you write about 1500 being the greatest numerical value of a single word in the Torah. So "1:5" makes me think that the Torah is Division 1 of the canon structure and that it consists of 5 books.
1500 is also the value of "Blind", which links to the concept of darkness in the "1:5" verses.
