I think it depends at what depth you're looking for answers. If you don't know the technique of searching then it's useless to you.

I have a hard time finding edification in the gematria: associating words and meanings with numerical values and saying they're synonymous to other words or meanings. I find that questionable. That's probably because I don't understand how that works.

On the other hand I've noticed some links show as question/answer links such as book 40 chapter 3 John says I am the voice in the wilderness pointing to Isaiah 40:3.

There are subjects revolving around words found on certain spokes which teach us where to look for answers. You want to know about division? Go to 1 Corinthians which is the 2nd epistle! Go to Exodus! or Jeremiah!

I beg to disagree. Nobody needs to know any "technique of searching" to benefit from the Wheel. One thing is training the eye to find converging typological concepts or intertextual connections in the body of Scripture and documenting it. Another thing is learning about these links discovered by others.

I can read about the Bible Wheel and thus learn about God and be inspired by the Glory of His Word without ever "searching" the Bible myself.

This is not the Bible Wheel study. It is distinct. But both proclaim the glory of God's Word.

Gematria is not questionable. It is just not an easy discipline and it has been subject to much abuse.

And it isn't simply because two words share one numerical value that gematria is meaningful. It is specially because some numerical values appear reiteratedly in some contexts in the form of biblical holographs.

I'm not quite sure if I understand the question correctly. I find the wheel a useful tool to enable me to search out the meanings . Or on occasion to make comparisons . As for gematria and other aspects ,such as geometry and patterns ; They reinforce confidence in the written word. In times past ,anyone with authority would put a seal on a document to authorise it . The seal was invariably a pattern which was readily recognisable by one and all, even if they could not read. When I see this evidence in the Bible, I am convinced that it is truly the inspired word of God The Holy spirit set his seal on his word and for that I am truly grateful.

ever learning is not the object TRANSFORMATION into THE LIFE OF CHRIST here on earth *IS*.

CONSIDER A SERIOUS PROBLEM please.............................where are the MULTITUDES [in any church]fully developed into the image of Jesus Christ?

The true study [not ever learning] teaches a saint HOW TO *REST* correctly AND then ENTER INTO HIS REST and Go on into perfection.

Seeing that NO ONE has ever attained to become the image of Christ for 2,000yrs under church instruction andofcourse then died in the kingdom of sin and death [not 1 person has qualified] therefore the whole church religious system is faulty and a system on an incorrect foundation based only upon the religious methods of man and NOT upon the true bible inspiration.

however
RELIGIOUS ENTERTAINMENT, not matter how sweet sounding and appealing it may be is simply that and the multitudes are religiously entertained, hence Prime Minister Gandi's plight.

Hello there

Welcome to our Forum

glad you stopped in for a visit with an excellent question.

First and formost the Bible Wheel IS the Bible. Nothing has been changed! It is what is formed when one simply rolls up the 66 books using a template of the 22 Hebrew letters....nothing else!

What is revealed from that one simple act is what leaves one stunned! What is displayed from the very order of the Biblical Canon is the SEAL OF GOD. It is quite "practical" for Biblical study and if one enjoys searching the Scriptures it could be called "entertainment".

The Bible Wheel is not an "entertainment" at all in the modern sense of the word. The "holy maturing purposes" the Bible Wheel has for the ''perfecting of the saints'' are the same "holy maturing purposes" the Bible has for the ''perfecting of the saints''.
