You got that exactly correct. Have you seen "The Liberty Way" Code of Conduct? Here are their "rules" for the students. If they applied these to their SEMINARY PRESIDENT he would have been kicked off campus long ago!

C. Harassment
Sexual Harassment
Liberty University is committed to providing students and employees with an environment free of harassment in any form. Any act of harassment (i.e., physical, psychological, verbal or sexual) that threatens a person or persons is considered a serious offense and will not be tolerated or condoned. The University provides educational programming to promote the awareness of rape, acquaintance rape, sexual harassment and other sexual offenses. Any person or group who commits acts of harassment based upon race, ethnicity, gender or disability on or off campus will be subject to disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal from the University.
Behavior that constitutes sexual harassment, which is a form of sexual discrimination prohibited by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, includes but is not limited to, unwanted sexual attention, requests for sexual favors and/or other verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature, which negatively affects another person.
• Reporting Procedure
Any student who believes that he/she has been the subject of harassment in any form should immediately report the incident to the Office of Student Conduct or the Student Care Office. The student will be given the opportunity to express his/her concerns and will then be appraised of the recourse available to him/her under school policy and local and state statutes.
• Penalty Students who engage in the aforementioned behavior are subject to disciplinary action, which may result in community service or possible dismissal. Since the University takes such charges seriously, where the results of an investigation reveal a complaint of harassment/sexual harassment to be frivolous or groundless, the individual having made such a complaint may be subject to the same disciplinary action.
Racial Harassment
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all members of the Liberty University community understand the prohibition against racial discrimination or harassment. All members of the University community are encouraged to reflect upon the issue of discrimination and harassment as it might affect the lives and conduct of others. Further, anyone who may be the victim of racial discrimination or harassment should be aware of the procedure for reporting such incidents.
• Policy Governing Racial Harassment
Philosophy Liberty University asserts that all members of the University community are entitled to and shall be afforded an environment devoid of overt or subtle racism. Therefore, members of the Liberty University community will not tolerate racial discrimination or harassment in any form. To this end, Liberty University has adopted a policy governing racial discrimination or harassment, which applies to all members of the University community.
Policy Behavior that constitutes racial discrimination or harassment is prohibited by Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. This includes, but is not limited to, racial/ethnic slurs, coarse jesting with racial/ethnic overtones and other forms of communication resulting in disparagement or intimidation.
• Reporting Procedure
Report the incident to the Office of Student Conduct or the Center for Multicultural Enrichment.
Student Conduct Officers will review the racial discrimination/harassment policy with the complainant.
A Racial Discrimination/Harassment Grievance Form will be filed
Complainant must decide if he/she wants to pursue a formal complaint, which may result in disciplinary action
Investigation
The Student Conduct Review Committee will examine the results of the investigation and determine the best course of action
The Student Conduct Officer will conduct a final interview with complainant
• Penalty
Any Liberty University student who commits racial discrimination or harassment is subject to disciplinary action, which may result in 12, 18 or 30 reprimands, along with possible fines, and community service and/or possible administrative withdrawal. Conversely, since the University takes such charges seriously, where the results of an investigation reveal a complaint of racial discrimination or harassment to be frivolous or groundless, the individual having made such a complaint may be subject to the same disciplinary action.

That is very interesting. What possible reason could they give why you should not be distributing an audio file from Ergun if he did nothing wrong? That's what mystifies me ... what are folks like that actually thinking when they try to suppress the evidence?

I'll keep an eye out for you new post. I think that's a great idea. Folks need to begin discussing how the suppression of information and denial of truth is totally contrary to the teaching of Christ.

And yes, I do have all 4 sermons downloaded.

I think those sermons were the most sickening...it was a mostly (maybe all) male audience, and the jokes about women, and Mexicans, and Turks, and his long explanation of how he watched American television in Istanbul, and how his first churches had to put up with his "bad accent".

And worse was the response from the men listening to it. They ate it up.

I think the Free Willers took the tapes down as much because they sounded like a bunch of hillbillies, as they did to protect Caner.

Actually, I got an email just a day or so after my post went up, from someone with the Ohio Free Willers, asking me to take down my audio, and to take down the photo I used from their website.

I did take down the photo, but left the audio.
