Eirenen echomen pros ton Theon

This set is particularly intriguing because Revelelation 17.17 (Recall 1717 = The Will of God) speaks of the fulfillment of "the words of God" which naturally integrates with the End of Time and the Day of Judgment. The relation between these two fundamental concepts is amplified by the fact that 2005 = 5 x 401 = 5 x Aleph + Tav, so that the Day of Judgment and the fulfillment of The Words of God are involved with the completeness, from Aleph to Tav, of the Number 5! And what is the meaning of the Number 5? I leave that as an exercise for the student ...

Yet we must not read in this more than what has been revealed. While the link between the fulfillment of The Words of God, The Day of Judgment, and 5 x Aleph+Tav is extremely powerful and theologically significant, we can not then assert that the common value, namely the Number 2005, is to be interpreted as a date. This would be going beyond what is revealed. For example, the Greek value of "The Day of the Lord" is 1932. Nothing much happened that year. This should be sufficient warning against attempting to set dates.
